Guys don't mind girls that are clingy its naturual here is what I do and don't liek that is classified as clingy.

My girlfriend holding me around the middle from the side or behind while I'm doing something (it's nice to know that she cares.
Whispering how much she loves me and things that she loves about me.
Cooking a meal for me or preparing a special evening of any sort.
Kissing on the back while I am busy
descrete signs of affection while on the phone like a shoulder rub during a stressful phone call or a kiss on the neck on her way bye (as long as she doesn't expect any attention from me or distract me than I think it is really sweet and nice to have someone show affection when they know you can't return it)

My girlfriend acting unsure if she is to clingy or unattractive (this is a big one)
Anything that could be looked at as controlling mentally or physically. Pulling pushing or trying to talk me into changing my mind with words (do it with kisses and bribes if your really have to)
Distrust of me I am very open and trustworthy and it hurts if you don't trust me it doesn't annoy me as much as it hurts and turns me off.
Trying to talk to me and force me to give attention while on the phone (this is a pain in the ass an makes you look selfish and selfcentered).
Depends on the guy. Some guys like this and some guys don't. Guys who don't tend have a lot going on outside of the relationship.
Someone who's clingy is someone who wants to be around the other person constantly. Like they are their number one priority. Want to do everything together.
for me and my boyfriend efection is good and we both show each other that effection even around friends but we don hang on each other. Its ok to to want to show love but sometimes it can go over board. Just show him your into him but don't hang on him 24-7. but I would say yes guys like a girl that isn't afrad to show she likes him.
Depends on the person. But people do need their personal space so when someone is too clingy it makes the person want to be as far away from you as possible.

Well my brother once told me that a clingy girl is less likely to cheat on you so he likes them. He says it can get annoying but not enough to really get to him.
I myself don't mind it just as long as they give me my space but all and all they can be kinda cute.
I can tell you this much. I have friends and I have work. When I'm stressed out I like being alone and my girlfriend would usually add to the problem. When I'm out riding my motorcycle I obviously can't pick up the phone and sometimes I'm out riding for hours at a time, and let me tell you, NOTHING is more annoying than looking at your cell phone when you get off the bike to see that you have like 6 missed calls from the same person
Some guys like it and other guys don't like it as much. I kind of like it myself but I know lots of other guys who don't. I also think that the earlier in the relationship it is the more that guys will like clinginess. Once the relationship is older it gets more annoying to most guys. Sounds like you've been honest with him and as long as he doesn't mind it then I think you'll be OK.
maybe he just like you the way you're , because if a guy don't like it he'll say something or react ,
so just chill out , and been clingy that's mean you like him .
