From what I learned, 25 years old are always busy. The guy I usually text with is or working and he can't reply on his work, or at night he might go to a party. Maybe this might be the same with your guy. Anyway, don't think of anything suspicious, and if you're really getting fed up with it, just ask him about it, I'm sure it's nothing worth worrying about (: good luck.
hmm... well if he's 25 then he might be a bit busy. maybe he's working or just really tired. I'm sure that if you're still in a relationship then he's not doing it on purpose. also I think you should do the same. I don't mean a whole hour but if he texts then just leave about 10 minutes at least so you wouldn't look desperate! hope this helped :)
He could be with his other girlfriend when you text him...
He could be trying to come up with the perfect response...
He could be trying to get you all hung up on him...
He may not want to seem overly keen, when he probably just wants to go out with you in a split second. Playing it cool is my bet or he has a crap phone network.

Some people don't like texting...everyone has a different play on texting like that you respond when you want no like ASAP. I say just ask him why he responds so late, and work it out. We can all give you our opinions on this but all of us don't know, next time you see him just ask and you will know :) All the best :)
Just let it be, I totally disagree with the girls that want you to ask him about it.
That's just weird, it will only make you sound a little like a nut case.
