What does it mean when a guy says "lol" a lot? I don't get it.

I only say "lol" when something is awkward. Are they really laughing? Does anyone else find "lol" awkward?

When a guy keeps saying 'lol', I think it's either A.) He's too nervous and can't think of anything to say or B.) He's so bored that he doesn't really have anything else to say...lmao.

Sometimes when I'm txting a friend, I'm not really paying attention to what he's trying to tell me anymore, so I would just text back with 'haha' and 'lol' :<

Same thing happens to me when I tell him he's a meanie in flirty way. He says LOL. and it could be that he is hesitant or nervous. Especially if you have a crush on a boy and he knows you like him.

Depends who I'm talking to. Sum people I never say it to, others I do. If I say it you have made me laugh. I will say lol to mate every so often as it annoys the hell out of him
