I'm 28 doctoral research student in Computer Engg, I'm a confident, very academic, calm, bit of shy but humorous and easy going guy.

I have always been serious with my studies and I simply kept everything else in the back burner,

But I had longed for a girlfriend to share my love, thoughts, feelings and emotions with her.

Now I'm seriously considering and looking for a sweet heart as I feel very lonely nowadays.

I'm virgin and I have lot of respect towards fair-sex (Women) and listen and appreciate them in general,because my mom brought me up in that way from the very beginning.

I firmly believe in true love comes first and the intimacy in advanced stage, correct me if I'm wrong.

I honestly wouldn't have been able to answer your question a year ago. Since then, though, I've met a guy who sounds very similar to you.. Thoughtful, studious, confident. We're both virgins; and I can tell you that - though at first I wouldn't have thought so - I am now *supremely* attracted to him! The fact that guys like him exist was a happy, happy surprise!
Just be yourself, better yourself, pursue hobbies and things that make you happy and good things will come your way... That's what happened to me :) Hopefully, he feels the same way, hehe.

i believe true love comes first and intimacy in advanced stage too. even without a pic you already showed a very beautiful personality and from the responses I have read, almost all of them see you as their ideal guy. so you see that you are special. try to work on your confidence level so that you would be able to make these kind of serious conversation with the opposite gender. good luck to you

i will be honest in a relationship I enjoy intimacy, don't get me wrong high levels of intimacy such as sex should wait until later in a relationship, I always regretted loosing it to the wrong guy. to answer your question it depends on the girl I think, a guys virginity status has never influenced my choice in guys.
