5 tips to get a 6 pack!


Do you want to have abs that snap necks at the beach (or wherever you go!) and make the girls panties drop? Well if you do, follow these 5 tips religiously and you will have a 6 pack before you know it!


Tip #5: Drink water! Water cleanses you out and keeps you hydrated. It also has zero calories, carbs and sugars! It's a great replacement for all those sugary sports drinks, sodas, and energy drinks. Make it a priority to drink at least four 16oz water bottles daily.


Tip #4: Lift weights! Most people think that you can get a 6 pack without lifting and you can but it won't have any thickness! It will be very flat, flat abs look great on girls but on guys they look like they are missing a little something (thickness). Lifting helps you strengthen your core and will aid you in developing your abs! Focus on compound movements like deadlifts, squats, standing overhead presses and power cleans!


Tip #3: Work your abs 3-4 times a week! You can work them more if you want but most people have had great results working them about 4 times a week. Switch up your workout routines as well! Your abs are very smart and tricky to train, they are stubborn and will adapt very quickly to ab routines. Keep shocking your abs with new routines every week so your abs won't know what's coming!


Tip #2: Cardio! In order to see your abs you have to lower your bodyfat level! You can work abs all day long but if your bodyfat levels are high you won't see your abs. Once you lower your bodyfat levels to about 12% you should be able to see your abs a little, once you get down to 10% and lower you will be walking around without a shirt!


Tip #1: Diet! If your diet isn't on check then you might as well not bother doing any of the other tips. That old saying abs are made in the kitchen is true, keep your fats and carbs low and your protein high and that should help your 6 pack show even more!
