The difference between being curvy and being obese: Fat rolls are not curves!

INTRO:

I have noticed a lot of the following recently, both in person and on social media, the following being fat girls (I say girl not to be sexist, but how often do you hear a fat guy describe himself as curvy?) Stating things such as "I love my curves" when their structure isn't curvy so curvy. It's just that the have an excess amount of unhealthy body fat which is yes, unsightly, but more importantly is in most cases a sign of poor health and bad habits.

SKINNY GIRLS CAN BE CURVY!

Skinny girls can be curvy. Curvy can be how your bones are set, where your muscles are built up, or yes, even where your fat is distributed. Which also means overweight girls /can/ be curvy. This take isn't targeted towards people in that catagory.

"Every body is beautiful"... Hmm... I can't help but to think that as much as this sounds good, it is bullshit. Every body is beautiful to somebody, most likely. But since beauty is such a subjective thing, not every body is beautiful to everybody. Bodies can look good skinny, they can look good fat. (To a point) Bodies can look bad skinny, they can look good fat. But let's be real for a minute, /most/ people don't look so good fat. And even when being overweight is attractive, it is still unhealthy and usually an indication of poor habits.

And in conclusion, it's just unfair and annoying to girls who are actually curvy when fat girls call themselves curvy.
