Proper Gym Behavior

Anonymous

I have posted a take like this before but I feel the need to post it again because over the last couple sessions I have had at the gym I seem to notice that people truly don't give a damn about the people who are in the gym.

1) If you got a lot of sets left on a piece of equipment or whatever what's the harm in letting someone jump in between sets with you? I mean you do have a rest after all so why not let them use it instead of yousitting on it

2) Hogging, again. If you are on the squat rack for example here's a idea for you:

Don't just stand there for ages while there are people weighting to use it

3) Now this one might just be a hate of mine but:

Don't come over and start talking to me mid set, it's not fun and really kinda rude in my opinion. Now some people might not mind but I for one hate being talked to while training. Not saying don't talk to people but at least let them finish their set first

4) Wipe the kit down once you have used it, no body wants to lay in you sweaty ass print.

5) Curling in the squat rack, speaks for itself right? SQUAT rack not curl rack

Proper Gym Behavior

You can curl anywhere so why get in everyone else's way

6) Put your plates back:

It's not the people in the gym or people who work at the gyms job to put it back, just a simple case of manners really

7) Giving unwanted advise

Don't do it, just don't. We have all been there, some guy thinks he knows it all so tries to tell you your wrong. I know sometimes they can help but most of the time they are just annoying let's be honest. I once had a guy tell me my form was off, when it wasn't simply because he was about 30 and I was 17 and he couldn't left as much as me

Think that's is about it for now, I will post some more if I think of any.
