A Guide to different Body shapes!



When it comes to bodyshape ....we can get sometimes confused with them because it might seem similar to some people and we end up unable to differentiate between them!Here is a simple way to identify them ... so What are the different existing bodyshapes?


1. Rectangle body shape(also known as straight/athletic)


People with this body shape has very little to no waist definition. Their bust and hips are of nearly the same width.


2. Pear body shape


People with pear body shape have larger waist than hips. They generally have a defined waist and most women have it.


3. Hourglass body shape


People with hourglass body shape have well balanced bust and hips, i.e; of the same size with a well defined waist.


4. Diamond body shape


People with this bodyshape have larger waist than hips and bust.Their hips are even larger than their shoulders.


5. Cone body shape(also known as inverted triangle)


People having this body shape have larger shoulder and bust and not really defined waist .Also owners of this body shape come with narrow hips and thin legs.


6. Apple body shape


People with this body shape have average to full bust and full midsection and have thin legs.
