7 reasons why you don't have the body of your dreams yet  and how to overcome them


1. Genetics: Some people on this planet build muscle faster than others, and are genetically blessed with aesthetics since they were kids, everyone knows somebody whose had 6-pack abs since they were 12 years old! You have no control over the genetics that you were given, but you can still build an impressive physique by doing the other 6 things on this list.


2. Your Age: Some of you girls/guys out there can't wait to look like they people you admire on IG and in magazines. You forget that these people have been training for 8-12 years or more to look the way they look now. Some of you guys out there are still teens (15-17 year olds) you have a long road to go.


3. Not doing enough volume: A lot of people follow these workouts were they tell you to do little set of 3 x 10, you need more volume! Double it, do 6 x 10!


4. Not eating enough: In order to build muscle you need to eat. Eat healthy of course, count your macros and meet you calorie goals by the end of the day. Diet is 90% of building a great physique!


5. Not training your muscles as often: Some people get great results training each muscle group once a week, others train them twice a week, you need to figure out what your body responds better to. The sweet spot for most people is training each muscle group once every 5-6 days.


6. Proper form: Maybe your just not getting the most out of your workout because your form is off. You will be amazed how much better of a pump and how much faster the results will come when you are lifting with proper form. Not to mention you are also at less risk for injury when you lift with proper form.


7. Not getting enough sleep: Your body has to recover from your workouts, sleep is the best method of recovery. Try your best to get 8 full hours of sleep 9-10 hours would be better!
