How to fit Gym Time around school/work/family/social life

It's almost that time of the year again where people make New Year's resolutions to start going to the gym. Almost all of them begin but most of them stop going and fall off the wagon come March or April. And the main reason why they fall off isn't because they're lazy its because they have a lot on their plate and working out isn't at the top of the list. Here are 5 things you can do on a daily basis so that you can get your workout and look great, while having a busy schedule.

#1. Decide What Time Works Best For You: The easiest way to get to the gym is to add it to your daily agenda. By knowing what time your working out its easier to prep for it.

#2. Sacrafice: For those of you that actually have busy schedules, you will not be able to go to the gym between 8am-8pm. You are going to have to sacrifice a little. Try to get your workout in early in the moring at 6am, or if your a night owl after 9pm.

#3. Take Your Own Lunch (Meals) To Work: Not only will this save you a lot of money but it will also help you stay on your diet.

#4. Adjust Your Workout Split: Lots of people go to the gym Mon-Fri and rest Sat and Sun, but this may not workout for you, you need to see your weekly schedule and see where you can fit your workouts. For example you can go to the gym Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday you just need to find out what works best for you.

#5. Get A Workout Partner: It's a lot easier and more motivating when you have a partner by your side in the long run. Although it's very difficult to find a partner for 6am workouts, its a lot easier to find a partner for night workouts. This can be anyone from your wife/husband, your friend, your daughter/son (if they are old enough), co-workers, or just someone you meet at the gym.
