2. Exercise like Any kind of activity- Even if its just walking very slowly around the park. Sometimes When I get really sad I just go outside and walk my feeling of sadness off.

3. Keep yourself busy. Do your homework or start working. Get yourself doing something everyday such as working with other people. I guarantee you won't be feel depressed if your mind is busy.

4.Talk to someone online about how you feel or even talk to someone about what you been up to. It really helps me sympathy with others with the struggle of life.

5. On your free time Volunteer so you can make a different in someone else life. Inspire others and even make new friends. I currently wait to start in a running club with high school to promote health. Get yourself out their even if your scared. So let say your intersted in books...have you ever thought about teaching a kid to read? It could be fun.

6. The cure for depression is that small voice in your head that is ready to change. Listen to that voice and keep try to get up.

7. Dress up and it doesn't matter where your going. Just have fun looking nice and accepting your body and yourself at this current state. No one ever said depression was going to give pretty results.You just got keep trying to workout and eat less.

8. Create a routine such as wake-up @8 am than class @1pm & 3pm gym...etc. Having a routine is very important so you can reach your big goals in life such as getting an associate degree.

Finally, When you can't really shake off your sadness and feel life is pointless and pathetic...Get up and go for a 5 min walk and stay present don't think about the future or the past...think about what your doing now! Your walking and your alive. For what reason we are alive you may ask yourself? the answer leads to number ten.

10. You need a life purpose! Please don't say your life purpose is to get married. You need to do something for. A career a big dream something that you can make a living while making you so happy to be alive.

I am not perfect at all as you can see my question all day long. I get depressed and I don't know what to do sometimes. I usually try to sleep off the sadness. But you can't you just got be strong by living another day. Your amazing and don't let anyone tell you any different. You can do it. I am with you!
