Many people want to do sports but they are to busy and they have no time t go to the gym ... however we need to stay healthy and strong so these exercises are easy and quick and you can do it at home without equipment i hope it can help you .
1. Walk when you go outside to pick up your morning newspaper.
Take a brisk 5-minute power walk up the street in one direction and back in the other.
2. Cooking? Do standing push-ups while you wait.
Stand about an arm's length from the kitchen counter, and push your arms against the counter. Push in and out to get toned arms and shoulders.
3. After breakfast, go outside and try Power Push-ups.
First warm your body then from a kneeling position, press your hips up and back behind you so that your body resembles an upside down "V." Bend your knees and press your chest further back towards your thighs, stretching shoulders. Shift your weight forward, extend your legs, and lower hips, bending elbows into a full pushup and Press your hips back up and return to "V" position, keeping knees bent. Power back and forth between the pushup and press back position as many times as you can for 1 minute.
4. Walk to work if you can or use a bicycle.
5. On your break, try running to a restaurant far from work and walking back
6. Don't use the elevator, try climbing stairs.
7. When you are home watching TV, you can do couch triceps dips exercise.
Sit on the edge of your couch or coffee table and rest your hands on the edge so your fingertips are pointing away from you. Walk your feet out so your pelvis is hanging out in the air. Slowly bend your elbows backward to lower your hips to the floor and then slowly straighten your arms. Do two sets of 15.
8. After diner,You can play with your kids or with someone else some games (score,tag or shoot baskets).
9. Before bed, dumbbell exercises for your legs.
Try to complete each exercise for 30 seconds and Try to do three circuits total.
