I am 26 years old, 5'6, and I weighed 129 lbls last week. Down to 122 this week! Here is how I did it :)
1. Cut out meat
I love steak! Last week I ate just fruits and vegetables. Not to the point where I am starving, but to the point where I was full, and didn't need to supplement my diet with tons of snacking.
2. Exercise
I went to the gym everyday and ran for about 30 minutes on the treadmill. I did some stretching but no weight lifting or anything like that.
3. No snacking after 6pm
No matter how much i wanted some candy or chips as i was watching tv, i said to myself no. I have a meal enough is enough.
4. Lots of water
I drank like 5 cups of water a day and that made me feel full and not so hungry. This definitely helped my cravings.
5. Brush my teeth 3 times a day
I brushed my teeth 3 times a day and the feeling of a clean mouth made me want to not indulge in food and other sort of snacks.
