Despite a huge potentially career shattering bomb in King Arthur (to be fair taylor kitsch has had several of these types of fails himself) the Sons of Anarchy Star is the current It Guy of the moment. His character was basically a sort of Hamlet-Jesus Christ-Hitler Youth Looking-Biker Gang Prince who was unfairly smart, strong, personable and good looking to reflect a real person.

Yet, I've gone through many iterations of many workouts and learned to see past the BS to what actually works to get a flabby out of shape guy into a legitimate hunk. There are a number of things getting in his way that you wouldn't think would be the reasons, but the Charlie Hunnam regiment solves all of those.

To start here are Hunnam stats and the workout:

Weight: (approximate) 190 lbs.

Age: 36 years.

75 pull-ups, 75 dips, 150 squats, 150 pushups, and then 20 minutes of ab work (total time: less than an hour)

The first great thing about this is that it conditions your muscles a hell of a lot. This gives them that hard sexy look rather than just going for short reps with super heavy loads that makes you stronger but doesn't always do a whole lot for the look. Also, while it doesn't focus as hard on being strong it focuses a lot on endurance meaning you'll develop a lot of natural energy which will help you get through long intense days after your workout

A TON OF CARDIO

As the reps are so high and the time you get to have in the gym is so small relatively, you will be sweating hard everytime you go to the gym. You will leave feeling beaten down and may even vomit once or twice if you are overly ambitious about how much weight you can lift THAT many times. This is good because the sexiest look isn't the biggest it's the a combo of big muscles with a somewhat slender level of boyfriend
