I am a teen with mild seborrhea. It causes major dandruff and bumps that can be mistaken for acne. I had been managing it with head and shoulders, but now it is worse.
I need to step up my game.
Today I will be using ketaconozole shampoo as well as Epsom salt in my hair and my affected areas.
I will update all of you as to how it went in #2.
Today I will explain what these are supposed to do and how.
The salt is supposed to help with the yeast and oil and the shampoo is made especially for Dermatitis.

why? you tried it for 3-5 years and you know it doesnt? at least do all the other things mentioned. and as far diet goes, at least try to eliminate junk food and excess white sugar from your diet...
I can't not eat dairy I will die
is it like a condition? anyway. at least do the other things. healthier diet, fight stress, colon cleansing, cultivate humility, get exposed to the sun more frequently etc. these stuff work.
