but i run everyday and i burn around 500 cal. and it seems to keep me in shape..i also drink a shit load of water..
and how much do you have to eat to not get fat? lol..
Basically you just have to consume fewer calories than you burn to not get fat :) Personally the calories I eat depend purely on how much exercise I do. My bmi is currently 17.5 which is underweight so I'm eating to maintain that weight, but I do weight training exercises to look firmer and not jiggly lol.
For days like martial arts, I usually burn around 700 calories/workout so I eat 1800 calories on that day. I'm on a low carb (apart from vegetables) and high protein, high fat diet. I tend to only have one or two servings of diary a day because it kind of makes me bloated :( I drink lots of green tea as well and lemon with water in the morning to speed up my metabolism.
So I think what you're doing is just fine :)
Usually between 1600 and 1800. Some days it is 2000 which is the recommended amount of calories. I also run and drink a lot of water. I work in an office which is a shame as I don't really have a proper eating schedule these days. I try not to eat more than roughly 2000 each day.
