Ice cream or frozen yogurt and flavor...?

what do you like better ice cream or frozen yogurt and what flavor? or what other kind of dessert do you like in the summer? I prefer chocolate chip mint frozen yogurt with no sugar added. it only has 4 grams of fat and 6 grams of sugar total per serving. I don't feel guilty after I eat a small portion every once in a while.

Frozen yoghurt or frozen milk taste almost like ice mixed with fat it is not that interesting. Ice cream tastes like sugar and I don't really like candy so I would rather eat the yoghurt although it tastes much better if not frozen.

Frozen yogurt. Any flavor. Ice cream doesn't feel good in my stomach a few minutes after eating it. Don't know why.

Always yogurt..I've never liked the texture of ice cream...and it makes me kinda sick

I love frozen yogurt, especially the fruity kind. I also like Italian ice. I can't eat ice cream so I'm obligated to not like it haha
