Well I would like to get more in shape and get a little bit stronger. I'm 6 feet 2 inches tall and I weigh 165 so I don't think I need to lose any weight. I would like to join the track team and the handball team for school next year so If anyone can give me advise on running and maybe some arm workouts that would be great (and any tips on how to get better at handball would be awesome, I didn't learn much from gym but I really enjoyed it). I already try to stay active, I ride my bike a total of 30km a day but that just doesn't really cut it. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
To build muscle you need to go to the gym, But the main thing is after the gym Eat a big meal! If you just go home and go to sleep or something then your body will just eat at itself, So a big meal is better than a little snack.. also a routine otherwise you will just go off tracks and end up getting noware.. Running just tones you muscles, Biking builds up your muscles but very slowly.

Riding a bike and running isn't going to build muscle just make you lean you need to lift to get stronger.
