It'll be very hard to drop 10 pounds in 14 days and do it properly but i dropped 14 pounds in 2 weeks once by doing 2 20 minute cardio workouts a day and an hour running a day. Try to keep as active as possible in a day, run up and down the stairs if you've got 5 minutes while waiting for the microwave, dance while waiting for the bath water to run, put some music on while getting changed and jump about a bit.
As far as eating, I tried to never eat after about 5 or 6 at night. I only ate fruit snacks and had a stir fry or grilled fish and cous cous for dinner (small portion), also drink TONS of water.
I wrote down everything I did each day so that when I got to the end of the day I felt proud of myself and motivated. It's good to have a time frame because you can see an end to it all!

It's not possible within 14 days but you have to combine intermittent fasting and HIIT cardio together for month or two for seeing great results

My main tip is stop asking women who generally give the worst weight loss advice imaginable.
I'm a little doubtful you can do it in two weeks, given your current weight loss pace.
For the record I dropped 23 lbs from early jan to early february.
What have you done to lose the 14 lbs, and how much have you lost the last two weeks?
