nah dude, you should be eating a lot more than 2 sandwiches.
GALLONS of water? Did you mean to say gallons? Bodybuilders drink about 2 gallons of water a day. Us mere mortals don't need to :P but it's not bad for you. And the apples are a good amount.
But you aren't getting enough carbohydrates, meaning you'll be low on energy. You need at least 3 carb-heavy meals in a day. Sandwiches are good, cuz bread has carbs in it. Other stuff like rice, pasta, potatoes, noodles, that kinda thing, have carbs in them.
So I'd try & eat just a bit more carb-type food. Also, I'd be concerned about your protein intake. If you're physically active especially you want a lot of protein. This isn't as essential as carbs but it helps. Ther's a ratio of protein to body weight, but I don't know it - but basically, you should be having a good source of protein with every meal. Ham is good! As long as you have a good amount of it, not like, a few strips of wafer ham. Fish is a great source of protein, ofc, and all meats really. There's a lot of vegetables with protein in them but I don't know them, really.
Anyway yeah, it's not a BAD diet, but you need to eat a bit more.
Sounds pretty normal to me for a young guy, plus the more physically active you are the more of an appetite you're gonna build up. Haha what you eat compared to me makes me sound fat lol, i'm pretty physically active and eat healthy just a lot, though with a high metabolism so it's all good (i'm 5'4 110lbs). As long as you're only eating when you actually feel hungry and not eating till you're completely stuffed it's fine.
3 gallons of water is extreme. that's what pro bodybuilders drink before a competition, you'll deplete your salt-level in your body. in my honest opinion I think it comes down to yourself. Do you feel tired? energetic? if you're afraid of gaining weight, calculate what your weight maintenance calorie-count is. i'm about 5'6, 140 pns. i wouldn't gain weight if I did what you do.
No not to much. Maybe too much water unless you are really doing super strenuous physical activity - not sure about handball and soccer, but maybe you are sweating a lot. Also you need some additional veggies and some additional fiber.

You need to eat way more than 2 sandwiches and 3 apples in a day. Best food advice person ever is Sean at https://undergroundwellness.com Check him out! :)
If you're drinking that much water , you need to balance it out with other liquids , juice etc or you can screw yourself over pretty easily. Try using a calorie counter or nutritional guide as help , it'll tell you if you're eating right for your body type , age and gender.
Are you on rations or a limited budget? It could be enough food, but I think it is far less than most westerners gorge themselves on each day. Keeping yourself hydrated is good but 3 gallons sounds like a lot more than is necessary.
You're 5'3..That's so cute
and nope that's a really healthy regimen you have ..but you need some more protein , eat some protein bars or nuts, roasted beans, red meats etc...
Well I don't know the size of the sandwiches or how much meat you used but this sounds pretty low for a dude who is physically active.
Cut back on the water... You're diet isn't exactly healthy, but you're not eating to much
Too much of the same food. You should eat a variety of foods. And cut back on the water.
Everything looks good to me, except the amount of water!! 3 gallons seems like a lot!
Not to much food, but that is a hell of a lot of water. To much water can be a bad thing, you maybe should watch that consumption.
Doesn't sound like enough to me, especially not for a male. But it depends on the bread and the ham, and where you got it. You need to focus on nutrients and calories, not just the item.
3 gallons of water? I would ask a doctor a pharmacist or a nutritionist about that one.
its not too much and on top of that you ate healthy stuffs,..no need to worry
