I have a bikini shoot in 2 days and I want to look my best. The thing is I overate today and I feel terrible because it's all showing in the stomach area. Will a ONE-DAY LEMON DETOX DIET ruin my health? It's just for one day
I changed it up a little:
Morning: 1 tbs organic honey, grated ginger, 1 whole lemon , mixed, drink
I will have this 3 times during the day
Lots of green tea throughout the day
Another lemon drink at night
OR... Should I have
Lemon+ginger tea (no honey) and green tea throughout the day, heaps of water
Night- 2 bowls of vegetables with 1 tbs olive oil steamed/grilled lightly
Thanks!! I don't know if the fibre in the vegetables is going to make me bloat even more.
I will do cardio/strength/yoga
