What is a good one-week detox diet plan to lose water and fat but preserve muscle mass? I'm not looking for a fad diet, only something short term, for one week because I'm going away on holidays :) I'll still work out but it may be hard with the food :D
Are there foods I should stay away from that cause bloating? Should I avoid carbs except for veges and fruit? Or stay away from dairy?
