Getting really bad migraines at least once a week?

I've never bad this problem before but within the last couple of months I've been getting intense migraines at least once a week, sometimes more. It usually happens during the afternoons. I take some Tylenol and it goes away.

But it's not normal to be getting headaches this often.

yes in my early 20s I started to get migraines it varied from 1 a month to sometimes 1-2 a week. If a couple of Tylenol get rid of it your lucky. When I got one you wanted to crawl in a dark hole & pull the dirt in behind you. The only drug that helped would knock you right out for 8-10 hours.

What made the migraines stop?

Some times there a triggers such as certain foods, alcohol and lack of sleep.I kept a diary for close to a year to find & eliminate some of the causes. They never stopped I just get less now like 4-5 a year maybe less.

Maybe it's your diet? You're not getting enough nutrients and vitamins? Or you should eat more?

Change in diet. Change in stress. Dehydration.
