How about you worry about your lifting regimen, and quit worrying about the cardio bunnies. They must be doing something right if they've got you staring at them and worked up like you are now ;)
There's a kid that I see in the gym every couple of days, and all he really does is try to start conversations with people, drinks from his water bottle, watches TV, tries to talk again, goes and fills up his water bottle, sits down, takes 3 minutes to get set in his form, then does half a set worth of the exercise.
Don't be that guy. Fuck bitches, get swole...weights before dates...and all that shiz.

I run every nights and go gym in the morning is something wrong?
I personally am a big fan of cardio. Although I also lift weights and do power training I have found many benefits to cardio. Cardio burns extra fat and you CAN infact build muscle from running. Perhaps you aren't pushing yourself hard enough to experience the full benefits of running.
