I cannot stand cardio bunnies that think they are aesthetic. Your fellow women and men that have been lifting and running (for an extended period of time) are the aesthetic ones. How about you worry about your lifting regimen, and quit worrying about the cardio bunnies. They must be doing something right if they've got you staring at them and worked up like you are now ;)

There's a kid that I see in the gym every couple of days, and all he really does is try to start conversations with people, drinks from his water bottle, watches TV, tries to talk again, goes and fills up his water bottle, sits down, takes 3 minutes to get set in his form, then does half a set worth of the exercise.

Don't be that guy. Fuck bitches, get swole...weights before dates...and all that shiz.

I personally am a big fan of cardio. Although I also lift weights and do power training I have found many benefits to cardio. Cardio burns extra fat and you CAN infact build muscle from running. Perhaps you aren't pushing yourself hard enough to experience the full benefits of running.

I use running to burn fat and because I take pride in my 6:00 mile, but in terms of aesthetics its all about the weights. U do power lifting so u understand

beauty and attractiveness are relative things in my mind. its like a girl who runs is gonna be attractive relatively because the most women ever do is run. but then there are those couple girls that squat and do the arm training and what not and they are the aesthetic ones. like without comparison still attractive.

I'm having trouble understanding, i think if a girl runs a lot say 6 times a week pretty much always will have beautiful bodies, yea they are the female equivalent to the picture shown but girls look hot at that weight level where as males are completely different, we need mass not thin and shrimpy to look good. And that guy doesn't look like a runner he looks slightly anorexic to me:)
