Is the cause to my lightheadedness and dizziness from my fitness plan?

I've been working out for two months now and adjusted my meal plan (smaller portions and drinking more and stopped drinking soda and eating junk). Recently just a week ago everytime I ate I just wasn't full. I ignored it and chewed gum. Now I'm experiencing extremely bad headaches when I nod it off. I get dizzy and loose balance I eat a bit more but I'm still not full so I sleep it off. My vision gets worse as well when this happens. I sure don't starve myself and this never happened before.
Is the cause to my lightheadedness and dizziness from my fitness plan?
