Do you think I have an eating disorder?

I started to lose weight coz I was a little thick. I stopped drinking coke and had fat & sugar-free products instead of regular ones. And did more exercise. Then I started to skip lunch at school, didn't have any sweets and now I avoid being at home during the meal times. I lie to parents that I wouldn't need to eat... I kinda fear food. Now I will only eat lettuce and cucumber and fat-free cottage cheese, I get pretty anxious if I need to eat somethin else. I don't wanna see my friends coz usually it involves eating. I don't know if this is normal? I think I still need to lose weight though.
