Is this a good workout plan? Any tips?

Jog for an hour, yoga, two workout videos a friend told me about on YouTube by Tiffany something I can't remember her last name but they have been working and I do them both twice. I then do weighted squats.

Basically I am trying to target my waist, legs and butt. Also my flexibility with the yoga. The videos are for your waist. Although I know you can't spot where you lost weight
Is this a good workout plan? Any tips?
