Does anyone know of a great energy drink or supplement/pill that actually works?

I used to take an amazing energy pill called stimerex about 9 years ago, but since the ephedrine was limited it is now a very weak pill and not worth the money. I am looking for something strong and no I don't want crack or anything stupid like that. Just a good energy supplement to get me through my entire workout. Thank you for any adult answers in advance. :-)

A lot of people use caffeine supplements and seem to do well with them.

I'd just advice you to be careful, because as faulty as the FDA is, supplements don't fall under their umbrella of regulation. Be very careful of what you purchase and put into your body.

Though I personally don't use drinks for my workouts, I did used cellucor c4 once, yea it got me through my whole workout but I found that I couldn't sleep after so I stopped. Try it but tread carefully.

I usually take stacker 3 energy pills before work and they work great. Try some green tea too.
