~I am 14 years old.
~I weigh 160 lbs and am 5'6.
~Personally, I think I need to loose 20 lbs and get down to 140.
~I'll try to diet if you have any ideas, but it's hard when I don't really have much of a choice in what my mom cooks for dinner, it is always healthy though.
~I need exercise ideas that...
- burn lots of calories!
- can be done inside
- don't need a lot of suppies
