Gained muscle/bigger legs from working out? How do I get rid of it?

For the past few weeks I have been working out a few times a week. I would do 20 minutes on the rowing machine and 10 on the elliptical and running 5 kg after. I would do this about 3 times a week.
I have also been dealing with binging the past few weeks. Consuming way too much food (healthy though)
I have just come home for my summer break and the first thing my mum noticed were my bigger/muscular legs. My jeans are also a lot tighter. I don't have any fat.. im toned but i hate it and don't know what to do to get back to my old body.
Im tall and have always been very lean and on the very slim skinny side. But binging has ruined everything and i don't like the way i look now and working out is not making it better.

How do I get rid of the muscles that have built up? I want to slim down to my normal weight again and still be toned within the next few weeks.
Will this possible and how?
