Are you wearing new clothes? My sister-in-law wears nothing but "Danskin" clothing from Wal-Mart. Danskin is made of a lycra blend that reeks on her. When I finally got her to wear something else for a single day, she didn't stink.
Sometimes, certain fabrics and dyes will make me smell really bad, because my body doesn't like them right up against my skin, it's like a mild allergy. Try washing all new garments in really hot water before wearing to remove any excess dyes left over from manufacturing. My grandfather can't wear corduroy without smelling like sour swamp ass LOL
It could also be a factor of puberty. You're at an age where you're body is going through some mega earth moving changes. Try switching soaps or deodorants. As you body chemistry changes, certain products work better, some won't work at all, for you.
I have this really weird problem with sweating if wear long sleeved shirts that can't zip open in the front, no matter how cold outside, or if the skin of my underarm is touching itself. I have to have the fabric of a short-sleeved shirt under my arms or I'll sweat. I can't figure it out LOL

1. Armpit transplant. Its a real thing quite surprisingly
2. Armpit botox to prevent the sweating
Do you shave? A cut of some kind could create an infection. Or you could need some new deodorant.
