From August to May, I average about 5 hours of sleep so on particularly difficult days I order a cappuccino and bring it to my classes. Caffeine is tricky for me -- too much and I get very sickly, too little and it actually makes me sleepier... cappuccino is just perfect. My skin gets sallow, and I completely disconnect from reality when I'm tired. In the summertime, I'll sleep around 2 AM but get 7 hours which is something I can handle just fine. I have less cravings, feel energized, and my depression stays at bay.

Probably 3 or 4 hours. I have a hard time getting through the day, I always have a headache and coffee or anything with caffeine doesn't help to wake me up. I can never get much work done, and even though I try I can't get to work out like I want because I get so exhausted so fast.
I always end up wide awake when everyone else is going to bed.
averaging 3-4 hours, and 5 is an absolute maximum.
That, and my sleep times are odd.
After I fall asleep, I wake up an hour later
still tired, so I try to fall asleep again, then
after falling asleep a second time, I wake up
tops 2 hours later.
second time I wake up, I'm not really tired anymore
but I can still fall asleep if I try, although the same rhythm
will occur if I do.
Not sure what to say about it, but
it works for me, and I don't feel tired
during the day.
About 5, sometimes 4 when I stay up late talking to people about cooking and business plans :P. But it's cool cause they help me get through my workday the following day by keeping me company. On weekends 8-11.

I generally get 2-5, if I sleep at all.
I usually hardly sleep at all for days, then catch up in one night sleeping around 8 or so.
I think it only affects me when I haven't slept well in days, I get stressed and feel the need to rest and withdraw from those around me. I imagine that's pretty normal for someone who only slept a few hours in 4 days, haha!6-7 daily which is right, the key I found is to not feel like having more on the weekend. Sticking to your work time table of getting up early makes it easier to do. I did go through a period of stress were I couldn't fall asleep till 3-4am then would only sleep in 20min chunks and wake up and then spend another 10-15min getting to sleep to have another 20mins.
During the school year I sleep around 10 hours each night. Over the summer it has been an average of 8? I'm not the same person when I'm tired, therefore I sacrifice to keep my personality in check! :)
4.5 to 6.5 hours. I am usually up all night studying and practicing soccer, GaG or (on the weekends) gaming myself into a stupor haha
It doesn't usually affect my performance all that much unless it happens to be a really slow day.I get about 6 but I'll stay in bed for about 7 or more hours.
about a year ago I started going to bed an hour earlier and it's made a huge difference. I feel much more awake and alert in the morning and don't even bother with caffeine. Give it a try it'll make a world of difference.I need on average 7-8hrs a night, at the very least 6. If I go down to 5 I will be zombified the next day.
most would be 7 hours, least would be 4 hours :/
its affects my day to day life a lot, i play national soccer and training ends late one night and i have it the next day again and so on -.-lately it's been about 4-5 hours of sleep, I stay up all night watching anime and playing videogames, and if I get immersed in a good book I won't sleep at all
10-12. Go to bed at midnight or 1am wake up at 9am or 10am, or 11am, or noon. XD
I usually have about 1-2 nap after work, then go to bed late and get 5-6 hours then.
5-6 hours. I want to sleep for 10 hours straight one of these days.
Probably 8 or so. I never drink coffee or anything like that, it just makes me shaky.
i get an average of 11 hours of sleep and i swear i need more everyday
4-6 then I'm good. Under 4 I'm cranky and need coffee haha.
I get 4-5 hours a night and been that way for over 25 years
Typically 6 hour, and if I don't get it I'll get cranky, moody and feel weak at the gym.
4 hours sometimes less. I've learned to adapt to it since the Marines.
I average 6 would function better on at least 8 hrs.
Nine or ten. I'm cranky and tired to get anything done otherwise.
