I'm glad I've read this. Your body only eats as much as its expenditure on energy. You exercise less, you eat less. You can reverse this within 1 week of exercising 1 hour+ per day. Enjoy. (I used to run 13 miles every other day and I ate like a pig.)

You could be drinking too much water, other liquids
you could have a nervous stomach, you could be
getting a eating disorder also are you on any
medication that could be taking away your appetite?
Thats how I am and I've had an eating disorder since I was 9
It could be multiple reasons though. Depression, stress, you could have a blockage in your upper stomach area like I do. Go to your doctor and tell him about it.
