Laxative are bad for you and it seems that a lot of people take advantage of its usage. I would go with the healthiest alternative, which is prunes! Rarely, I have constipation problems but when I do, I drink or eat prunes. They taste the best when you boil them. Try to avoid cheese! it can cause constipation.
