I know it depends on the body structure and one must have wide hips which I have. So it is possible for me to have a thigh gap. But it is not there. I don't want a huge one. I just don't want my thighs to touch. by the way (I am 162 cm in height and I weigh 55 kg)
A thigh gap is indicative of low amounts of muscle mass in the legs. I would say cardio, low calories and an overall avoidance of anything that can increase muscle mass in your legs (ie. soccer, squats, climbing up stairs etc.) People on wheelchairs typically have very very weak leg muscles due to lack of use.

Thigh gaps are not a good thing at your weight there is nothing wrong with thighs rubbing together. It actually looks unhealthy to me
Thigh gaps look rather unhealthy to me, I don't know why a girl would actually want one.
