I don't think you look that bad. Some people carry weight better than others. Half your weight is your boobs and hips. Running is always great excercise. Try to cut out the carbs, anything fried, fast food and soft drinks. Drink only water.
Also work on some light weights. Muscle burns more calories than fat and adding some muscle will tone up your arms and such.
Overall though I don't think you look that bad and your legs look great. Good luck and don't stress too much. Just try to get some more exercise (running/walking) and lift 20-30 min 3 times a week.
Cut out some of the bad calories and give yourself 2 months.

First of all, you aren't obese or fat at all.
I would just watch your calories, I use an app called myfitnesspal its a great calorie tracker. I eat smartones a lot theyre very low calorie and easy plus pretty cheap. And try to work out everyday, even if its for 10 mins. Pintrest is good for looking up workouts. If you want to target certain areas just look up toning workouts for the area you want.
Another thing that works but can be pricey is plexus slim, im on it and have noticed a change after only a week. Really helps curve craving!
Also drink lots of water!
She's 3 lbs below obesity, and would do well to lose 40 lbs.

Don't focus on weight. Focus on changing your lifestyle and becoming healthier.
Start small. Reduce your calorie intake and go for 45 minute walks daily. Slowly increase the time or intensity of your workouts.
Rather than jump on scales, take measurements. Its much more indicative of your progress.

Honey, you are not obese. You are overweight but not obese. You can get to normal weight by adding more exercizing, Eating less candy and fast food
I do t think you even looked "fat" in that picture. I had same problem at your age, I started diet7ng and went too far, I got an eating disorder. Be careful. Oh and dont try yo look like those unrealistic models that vave been edited and are very very thin. That body type isn't for everybody

u must lose weight from your tummy only. it is just little not to much..1-2 kilos
