The thing is, you don't want it that bad. You just kiiiind of want it. If you really wanted it very badly, you would do it. Motivation is one of the biggest challenges in fitness and bodybuilding. It's not very hard to work up a little motivation initially, but it can be quite challenging to maintain for years. Find something that motivates you and use that. YouTube is a great resource for bodybuilding motivation. Also use Bodybuilding. com
You should think of fitness as a lifestyle. It's not something you do for a few months and then quit. It's just a mundane activity. It's what you do now. That's the way I see it.

well you gotta stop being lazy and usually just force yourself to workout for 2 weeks and then when you get into the habit of doing it it becomes more natural and you actually start enjoying it. you feel better, you're more energetic, and you begin to notice your progress. just force it and it will all be downhill from there after 2 weeks.
when you get the money, you should try crossfit, it's really fun everyone is so supportive and will motivate you. I am the laziest person i know and i love cross fit!
Get a friend to work out with you. It might give you more motivation and make it more fun

if you are lazy, you won´t get fit. you´ve got to lose that attitude just run (tread mill or not) 30 minutes every day (doing gradually more), no exceptions. this way, you are less likely to skip a workout.
sex sex sex. oh and just to start out take short walks it helps.
Take a lot of downers and sleep all the time. That way you can stay lazy and not eat.
