I do it. Stop it as early as you can really, before you get too used to it. It'll just make you way to stressed and it's so bad for your health in the long run.
I'm slim, I eat good food, I exercise regularly, but I've still had many times where my blood pressure is mad high, and it's just because of stress. Stress can kill lol, seriously.
Just try as hard as you can, that whenever you start thinking like that, stop, and think of all the possible good outcomes. It's good to think of the bad, so that you can prepare for bad outcomes, but just think of that, and then move on to the good outcomes.

The sad thing with this is that if you just worry naturally there's not really much people can do for you.
there are coping mechanisms and stuff you can use but i generally find when i'm having a panic attack that a hug from my boyfriend that is long enough for me to stop shaking and crying then talking about what in stressing/worrying about helps then generally he will help me rationalize the situation in my head and work out what to do next, maybe find a close friend who can do this for you?
I use to have this problem in college, it was actually kinda crippling to my life.
then I realized that taking on challenges and gaining experience is the quickest way to defeat negativity. I'm 26 and I have a $72,000 a year job w/ huge amounts of responsibility.. but I never worry anymore, b/c I know i have the capacity to succeed
Everyone overthinks sometimes (a lot in my case). If something is bothering you that much then do something to take your mind off of it. Go out with friends, see a movie, read a book.

Same here. It sucks. It makes me paranoid and assume a girl is cheating on me too. Any advice everyone?
