Do you sleep talk/walk/eat or know anyone who does?

Question

I've been known to sleep walk, talk & eat sometimes especially as a kid and rarely do it now. It's never been severe or like a big deal. My cousin (RIP) used to sleepwalk and get out of the house and sleep in the middle of the road, I was never told what the docs told him why he did this though. I think it's kind of odd when this happens and when I sleep talk it's just me rambling and it's quite funny to anyone who witnesses me doing this. I end up laughing it off because it's hilarious to me.

My friend sleep walks and talks. we used to be roommates lol. so frustrating. he'd mostly just wlk around and mumble a bunch of nonsense. id just yell at him lo. hed stare at me for a few seconds, wouldn't say anything and just turn back to his room. he never left or anything. hed mostly just check up on everything and that was that. his girlfriend says she's woken up with him hovering over her staring at her face a few times which is creepy as all shit, but he's a good guy and wouldn't harm a fly so its not THAT creepy.

although, one time he sleep ate my pizza... that did upset me lol

My grandmother used to talk in her sleep. When we'd visit her house, she'd fall asleep on the recliner and after a while, she'd start yelling at my grandfather to get ready for church or a dinner party or something like that. We always thought it was pretty amusing.

I use to sleepwalk when I was in junior high. It was actually quite weird. I would actually go to my siblings room and pull the sheet over that they were sleeping in, go back to my room and sleep when I had a sheet of my own AHAHA. My neither told me he woukd be confuse because he's b during well and I'm randomly pulling his covers and he's pulling back. I'll never will tell this to my bf!! LMFAO Its been 8 years now since i don't do it.

apparently when i was younger i had sleep walked and had a long conversation with my step dad while him and my mom were watching tv! thats the only time its happened to me though.

On the other hand, when i was a lot younger, my mom and i lived with my grandpa and uncles and one of my uncles would sleep walk all the time. he would even go to the kitchen and make a bowl of cereal and eat it... IN HIS SLEEP. i think he might still sleepwalk but I don't know hahaha it was funny but scary to witness

I used to sleep walk, up until I was around 14 apparently. My parents say I would regularly casually walk around the house, stopping to observe random objects. Then I'd turn on the light in the living room, sit down on the couch, and stare ahead for minutes at a time. We were confused why when we awoke in the morning the light was on, and they thought I was lying to them (getting mad I was watching tv at night) until they observed me one night.

I do it all the time unfortunately. It can really be a problem because i will start to tell all of my secret feelings when I'm asleep. One time i fell asleep in the car with my family nd started sleep. talking. Apparently i ended up telling them that i had a hmhuge crush on ths guy and my dad was super pissed lol

My boyfriend sleep talks, my sister sleepwalks (sometimes you will wake up with her standing over you... creepy!), my 7 yr. old cousin sleep talks, my 10 yr. old cousin sleep walks.

It's all hilarious... be happy that you can entertain people with your sleeping!

I think I did when I was 2-3 years old... I'd climb out of the crib and go to my parents' room and sandwich myself between them. They were so sure I'd die climbing down so my dad started sleeping right at the foot of my crib, but I kept doing it. Step on his face, no big deal, and then make my way to their room.

Both my boyfriend and I sleep talk. Funny thing about my boyfriend sleep talking is that we sometimes have real conversations, often funny ones. And sometimes I just can't make out what he's saying. I now started writing the things he says down to show him in the morning, haha.

My Mom used to scream every night "WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE" Multiple times, and sometimes she'd get up and just freak out, something about missing pills... It was creepy at first, but eventually it just got funny. I've been known to sleep mumble, and walk around. One time I sorted my garbage can for recycables in my sleep, when I woke up garbage was scattered across my floor lol. Another time I almost sleep jumped off my dad's 10story apartment 0_0

I've also been told that I sleep talk. How often, no idea! I have been sleep walking as a kid. Just one or two times. Don't remember the destination, it's too long ago :-)

I don't do any of those, but my SO often talks in his sleep. Not loud and no yelling or anything though. He's said some pretty weird and random shit though. Sometimes I can't understand it if he talks in his own language instead of English.
