I've been considering Kickboxing or Zumba? Maybe yoga as well?

i'm doing Chalean Extreme right now and its pretty good. though i must warn you is pretty intense.
there is also Focus T25, Turbofire, Hip Hop Abs and a few others that are really good
Yeah that first one sounds a little beyond my level right now haha. How's Hip Hop Abs?
I've personally really enjoyed Insanity by Shaun T, it incorporates the HIIT method, you won't find anything as difficult as that workout. Pools of sweat once you're done.
Yeah, like I said, I'm looking for something that's more o my level...
