I need advice on how to get through it and to know what to expect.
Just drink a lot of water, some green tea (REAL stuff, not Crystal Lite), and eat lean and unprocessed foods. Have a turkey or better yet a chicken sandwich for lunch instead of McDonalds.
Basically, if you just don't eat like an asshole and stay hydrated you'll cleanse yourself of toxins and slowly but surely melt off fat. Worked decently for me.
