Does this look like a good diet/exercise plan to lose weight for two weeks?

1) Breakfast: fruit
2) Coffee
3) Lunch: Salad
4) Coffee
5) Diner: Bean burger or quinoa and rice

Exercise: 1 hour on incline treadmill for 1000 calories

I just have a really low metabolism, and its so hard for me to lose weight, and if I eat more than that I gain weight.
Does this look like a good diet/exercise plan to lose weight for two weeks?
