initially you'll probably drop weight pretty fast. I was 160 and trying to get to 135 and I've hit 143 and my progress has slowed down a lot. you're going to have to mix your exercise habits up in the middle there so that your body doesn't get used to the training. but I'd say maybe 2.5 months should do it if you keep at it.
hey that's where I started! how tall are you? its hard took me about 2 months to just get down to 130, I do like hour and a half morning work out and night work out, consistently changing up my routines and eating good. It all depends on your body type. What are your problem areas and what is your height and your exact weight?
I would say about two months. Remember its always your choice as to what you eat, sometimes its better to go hungry for a little while, than eat a pizza. Do what you can to exercise in the morning because it gets your metabolism up for the entire day.
Besides that its not really too hard.
