Diet Pills: Which are effective?

Anybody ever have success with any certain diet pills? Do not reply "do not take diet pills, watch your diet and exercise" because I know that diet pills are bad for you. I just want to know what pills have worked for people.

there are too many of them and the majority of the do work. but just remember that they aren't miracle drugs. you still need to diet and exercise in order to see good results.

also make sure you read the full label before starting them. they all contain a truck load of stimulants such as caffeine and yohimbe just to name a few

actually the stimulants are the core... first they give a person a boost TO exercise, but more importantly they contribute to the release of fatty acids from adipose cells, which is then used as energy. As for Yohimbe, that is a bark extract which enhances sexual arousal, and in its purest (meaning most expensive) form, it does work quite well. What has happened over the years is that chains like GNC have deceptively marketed pills as Yohimbe which actually contain a large amount of guarana, basically a more solid form of caffeine, produced i think from some kind of bean found largely in South America. All of it is perfectly legal, but where the deception comes in is that people perceive the enhanced blood flow coming from the guarana as sexual arousal.
Which means that maybe even the diet pill manufacturers might have confusion about the fat- burning effects of what they think is Yohimbe. But even if not, the testosterone boost from Yohimbe could contribute to weight loss,

amen! but so far i know that 1MR by BPI contains real yohimbe because to be honest i experience an intense sexual arousal hours before i found out it contains yohimbe. i took it one day and i flew right through the workout. i felt like i sweated 20% of my body fluid yet i was still craving for more. 2 to 3 hours later i got that sexual arousal and i was like "wtf is wrong with me" then i look at the label and read that it contains yohimbe. though i don't know exactly how much amount of yohimbe in contains and the majority of the time they never say it for market purposes

Ephedera worked, IIRC. It also had horrendous side effects. But it worked.

That was not, BTW, an endorsement... Going the pill route is very likely to f*** up your body worse than weight, and I hope you'll choose health over weight, and if you want to control your weight that much, that you'll be careful about it!

Diet pills work /along with/ diet. Exercise will help you lose weight, but not at the same rate as dieting alone. If you want to take them, talk to your doctor or get a dietitian. If you eat below your metabolic rate by 500 calories every day, you will lose one pound a week. 1 lb is equal to 3500 calories.

Your best to ask a physician cause there is drugs with stimulate in
them can cause serious complications on the heart

Just kidding but seriously diet pills are not a short cut to eating healthy and exercising that's really all you need.
