I'm looking to lose some weight before i get into college. I've gained some weight already this summer and I'm looking to get back to that pre-summer weight or less than that. I'm lookin for quick and effective.
Running a few miles each day will kill your weight. My bro lost like 50 pounds in a summer. I know that if I had 100 pounds excess, I should shave it off within 4 weeks or so, but that's because I push myself to the limits, say, I went from 10 kms max to 20 plus in the span of 3 weeks.

Do a lot of cardio, especially running. Eat lighter as well, but not too light because you'll need the energy for the exercise.
Eat lean meat like chicken or fish, lots of vegetables, and drink tons of water! No soda! and exercise a lot and it will come off.
