I can only see my abs in some lighting?

Okay so im not overweight or anything but I'm 16 5'1 and weigh about 7;5-8 stone and I'm pretty slim, but i can only see my 'abs' in some lighting so just wondering by this how long would it take for me to develop seeing them in any lighting thanks :)

I would say that you're already slim enough and need to work on muscle development. Its really difficult for a woman to gain muscle, but try anyways and keep trying to stay that a caloric deficit to burn off the remaining fat in midsection.

I can see my top abs in certain lighting just need to see it in all and get rid of any fat on my belly which isn't much at all like maybe a pinch

Workout your inner core, so it can pop out more... (Do planks) If you do not have the "abs" shape do some situps, it won't build abs, but it will flatten out the fat by it.

Aw okay! So do you think that would take ages? My friend and i go for runs every second day and are joining a running club again after 4 years, we used to be good runners we were top 5 in our country so we want to improve! She almost qualified for the youth olympics, which i never knew about and its sad now cause we are so terrible and are tums aren't so toned :(

I lost about 6% Body Fat in 3 weeks from doing series of ab workouts... Running increase your metabolism, but it doesn't exactly lose fat fast... (I'm a cross country runner, but never got state :/)

If you are going to the gym, do hanging leg lifts! They help!
