I want to gain muscle and get abs, are these foods bad for it?

Not sure if anyone on this site can tell me- I eat avocado, peanutbutter and bananas regularly. I just feel like those are high fat and the bananas have a lot of sugar, though natural. Just things associated with weight gain. I don't overdo any of them, though. I keep my daily fat intake rather low actually, but it's higher on days in which I have those things.

Will this inhibit my ability to get definition? I'm particularly concerned with my abs. I'm underweight and need to gain weight but I want to get as much of it as muscle as possible.

Thanks all, also forgot to mention the diet is of course in conjunction with strength training
