Eating BMR to lose weight?

I have gained weight over the past few months... not a lot... about 3 kg however, I would like to get rid of them and get back to my usual weight. My BMR is around 1450. I have a job where I sit all day. In order to lose the weight... do I just eat my BMR calories? Will I definitely lose weight then? Or should I eat less?
I also go jogging 3 times a week.
