This is rather unfortunate seeing as bread and bread related products are kind of freaking delicious.
I need some gluten free things that I can eat in place of like, cookies and brownies and stuff.
ah im sorry to hear that, im a coeliac but im here to say its really not all that bad i promise you get used to it, i never even think about those things "im missing out on" in my head their other peoples food and i have my own. Its always best to make your own. The gluten free subsitutes can be nice but there not that good for you! they are loaded with flours that are even worse for you and more sugars to make it taste better! If you care about health:
Try Paleo bakery recipes, gluten free dark chocolate protein pancakes, melted dark chocolate with strawberries
if you don't cook: chocolate covered nuts, Quinoa bars (i love almond quinoa and dark choc ones), Nakd bars,
If you don't care about health: Florentines are nice, Udis do lots of gluten free replacement products like muffins and cinnamon buns (that are expensive mind),
Are you US UK?
I'm in the US.
Best bet is to go natural and start eating fruits instead. But there are usually gluten free sections at the grocery store anymore that have any baked goods you could want. You'll have to get used to the taste, most stuff is not as decadent as the regular recipes. Also look online, you can have items shipped to your house. And if you're really ambitious look up recipes and make your own. I saw a recipe for banana pancakes. Just asked banana and 2 eggs blended together til it's a batter consistency then made like a normal pancake. There is gluten in so many things, except meat, vegetables and fresh fruit. I do not envy anyone with this allergy, but I have crohns disease so I know how eating one wrong thing can ruin your day, week, month haha had to give up a lot of yummy things never had a sweet tooth though. Good luck, hope I helped.
just search where to buy gluten free anything like your brownies and cookies and stuff. Nektar has some gluten free goodies but im sure there are suppliers out there that have a shit ton of goodies that are gluten free :D
