That's just how it goes, some days you'll be really motivated, other days you won't feel like doing the work - you just have to do it anyway and make no excuses.
i dont know because im 130, a lot of muscle because I've been working my ass off for 3 moths to loose 6 pounds... basically it will be hard to loose if its your ideal weight. seems it is if your 5'4... im 5'3" and people call me slim/thin... i dont think your overweight at all. maybe just have thicker thighs... mine are medium sized size 6-9 depending on brand.
