Should I lose weight? Good Program? Motivation?

Hi all! So I am 5'4" and about 130. I am a pear shape (I find shopping difficult because I have a pair of jeans that are size 6 that fit great and another that is size 10) but not huge and fairly muscular. I feel kind of uncomfortable with my body. I am from a super conservative family where you are not allowed to wear certain things and parts of your body are "ugly". (Meaning we always cover from 2 fingers below our collar bones to where our finger tips come on our thighs, and loose clothing. Also, no bikinis. I am now starting to make my own choices though.) My family is also (very) thin and toned so they don't understand (they eat whatever they want). We are also not active due to my brother being physically handicapped. I have nothing wrong with being modest but I don't think body confidence should suffer. So essentially, I am wondering how much weight I should lose. I started running and eating better but cheat way to much (my family eats poorly). I try to drink 10+ cups of water a day. I think I am going to start Insanity. I want to get to 120 or 115. I really need help with motivation though. Some days I feel really excited to lose weight and other days not at all. I met a few people the other day and they had their belly button's pierced so I thought that would be good motivation (but it would have to be secret or hidden). All my friends say that they are skanky though. What do y'all think? I am smart, I get good grades, I don't drink, I don't have a boyfriend... Anyway, I just want to know what you all think. (Meaning on weight loss, Insanity (or similar program), and navel rings) Thanks!
